- Academic Position: Professor, Faculty of Education.
- Credentials: B.Sc. (Zoology), B.Ed. (Secondary Education), M.Sc. (Zoology), M.Ed. (International/Intercultural Education), and Ph.D. (International/Intercultural Education). Other: Proficiency courses in Information Technology (Northern Alberta Institute of Technology, Edmonton).
- 2006 to 2011 (April) Executive Director, University of Winnipeg Centre for Teaching, Learning, and Technology (CTLT) - two departments: Centre for Distributed/Distance Learning (CDDL) and the Centre for Innovation in Teaching and Learning (CITL).
- 2005: Director of Education (under Faculty of Education and Extended Learning), University of Winnipeg.
- 2003: Associate Professor, Tenured, Faculty of Education, University of Winnipeg.
- 1999: Assistant Professor, Faculty of Education, University of Winnipeg.
- 1994 to 1999: Executive Director, Edmonton Immigrant Services Association (a non-profit, charitable, settlement organization).
