     A.  During the summer, THE CAMPUS CAFETERIAS ARE CLOSED ON THE
WEEKEND, so we have arranged for breakfasts on Saturday and Sunday and
lunch on Saturday to be served at the University Club.  Of course,
participants who are staying at hotels will not be dependent on the
breakfasts.  Leaving campus for lunch on Saturday would require a car to be
feasible.

     Please answer yes or no according to whether you will likely require
the following buffet style meals:

     1. Saturday breakfast - $7 incl. tax & tip

     2. Saturday lunch - $9.95 incl. tax & tip

     3. Sunday breakfast - $7 incl. tax & tip


     B.  On Thursday, June 19, there will be an informal opening night
reception from 4:30-8:30 P.M. at the University Club in Pembina Hall (the
same building as the dorm rooms), with the option of a casual Greek buffet
supper.  These activities are described in more detail here. Please reply
Yes or No to indicate your likely participation in these events.

     C.  For Saturday evening, June 21, we made tentative plans for a
pleasant, evening cruise on the Red River, from 7-10 PM.  Conference
participants, family, and friends, are invited to enjoy the cruise, a
chicken breast dinner, and a festive post-conference summer evening, for
about $29.

     The Red River flood has put this excursion in doubt.  Nevertheless, it
would help our planning if you would reply Yes or No to indicate whether
you would be interested in the cruise, assuming that it takes place.
