The University of Winnipeg Technology Help Desk receives requests by phone and electronic mail from students, faculty and staff who need assistance with computer software, computer hardware and electronic equipment used in teaching, research and the administration of the university.

What is the Helpdesk and why are we here?


The Helpdesk is an UW faculty/staff's one stop shop for front-line technical support while working for the University. We don't control the technology on-campus but we can get in touch with the people who do. The Helpdesk will do whatever it can to accommodate your needs. Give us the opportunity to help you out!!! This site is designed to provide answers to a majority of the questions we are asked. If you can't find the answer here, please feel free to call 204.786.9149 for assistance.

Help Desk Hours

Hours of Operation from April 1/09 to April 26/09:
Monday - Friday : 8:00 A.M. - 6:00 P.M.
Saturday & Sunday : CLOSED
The Help Desk will be closed on Friday, April 10/09.

Hours of Operation from April 27/09 to July 31/09:
Monday - Friday : 8:30 A.M. - 4:30 P.M.
Saturday & Sunday : CLOSED
